I went to Downtown Autobody after being tapped by another car. Another autobody shop already had given me an outlandish quote. The quote from Downtown Autobody was substantially less expensive and was what I wanted. I can't say enough about this business. I saved the other driver a lot of heartache.....and me as well.... and my car is fixed.

My 2023 Mach-E was hit and needed a wheel refinished and bodywork that included matching paint. The work was outstanding, and the car looks great. In addition, I had a second claim for the glass rooftop to be replaced. I spent hours looking for someone to do this. Downtown Autobody does Mach-E and Tesla glass roofs. It's an excellent shop. Mike helped me by returning my rental car!

I had an accident in Healdsburg on the 31st of May leaving the gas station this HUGE truck is parked in the out lane at the station so I decided to pull up next to him and then he takes off into me. And his name is George McConnell in Windsor to which he lied to the insurance company about what had happened saying it was not his fault total bs!!

So then I take it you to Eurocal the auto repair shop to which they give me a huge price to repair it. And I say I have to pay for it so Billy takes off some of the charges because I stopped them from fixing the back quarter panel to which I think it should be a lot less, but he's not coming down any so I look up auto repair shops around town and ask some friends. Well my friend Lynne and Todd recommended Downtown Autobody. One of the last places I took it too and the Best estimate. At 8,500 down from 11,800 at Eurocal and I go with Mike at Downtown Autobody!! And the guy is so on it. He communicates with me the entire time and they had a car for me to use while my suv was being repaired and a week later I got my SUV back and I'm so happy with it!! Thank you to Mike and the entire staff at Downtown Autobody you all did a great job for me!?

Service and quality beyond my expectations! I wish I could give 10 stars. I brought in my damaged Tahoe and Gabriel did the rest. He coordinated with my insurance company to get all the work done needed to bring my car back to new condition. The work was done promptly and done right. The car was ready when he told me it would be, despite his workers finding some additional items needing to be replaced once the bumper was off. Because we have only one car, Gabriel offered me the use of a loaner car which was clean and detailed before I took it. I drove in in my damaged Tahoe and drove out a few minutes later in the loaner. When I came back a few days later my Tahoe was showroom clean and detailed inside and out and they even fixed a few parking lot scratches unrelated to the accident. Best automotive related experience ever!

This is my fourth experience with Downtown Autobody. Originally recommended by my mechanic after my son’s car was hit in a parking lot. Most recently, my mom’s car was involved in an accident. Looks like new. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, or the quality of their work. Best of all, they finished the job a day ahead of the estimate.

My brother recommended I check out downtown autobody.. Boy what a great decision that was. Communication perfect great company brilliant employees my car was damaged badly and now it looks better than new I am so happy I will br telling all my mate's there is only one place I would go to Thank you Mike and Gus you guys are the best... This is the place to go for Autobody work. Gus & company were very helpful with the insurance, friendly to work with, and the vanagon looks better than before the right side got damaged. There were some hiccups along the way but quickly resolved and they ultimately went above and beyond. Grateful I found them.
